Winners of the 2007 Quebec Writing Competition
The three winners and ten "honourable mentions" from the 2007 Quebec Writing Competition were announced at the Blue Metropolis Literary Festival on May 4, 2008 at an event hosted by Jeanette Kelly, of CBC Radio One’s early morning show, All in a Weekend. Each of the three winning stories were broadcast on CBC Radio’s Cinq à Six and all eleven have been published in an anthology from Véhicule Press. Joel Yanofsky's story was published in Maisonneuve magazine's issue 28, while the texts of the other two prize winners were published on the Maisonneuve web site.
